Don’t forget we start homecoming week tomorrow with pajama day! Students will be able to purchase tickets for Thursday's tailgate in first period, and they are $10. Tickets include food, activities, and admission into the girls’ basketball game. Students will stay after school for the tailgate. If they do not wish to attend the game, they should be picked up at 5:15. If they are attending the game, their ride should be at WHMS no later than 8:10. We can’t wait to see our Lakers show their school spirit this week! #westisbest

Tuesday is HIGH ATTENDANCE DAY across the Commonwealth!

We encourage our students to attend school every day, but especially on Tuesday, September 9, 2025! Bragging rights are on the line in our district-wide competition!!! Great attendance that day helps HCS as we compete with other districts in Kentucky.
